Personal Training - 1 Session per week

230$Every weekAdvanced level plan for people with serious fitness concerns or for physical goals.Â- 2 Sessions per week (60 Minutes)
- 6 Month commitment
- Complimentary fitness assessment
- Nutrition assessment and personalized plan
- Trainer and community support
- Body composition scan and fitness tracking (2 x each month)
- 2 Complimentary Pilates Group Passes
- Fitness workbook and tracker
- With a 3 Month commitment rate increases to $240

330$Every weekProfessional level plan for athletes who require the highest level of commitment and development.Â- 3 or sessions per week (60 minutes)
