What is ZZO fit?

Here at ZZO Fitness we are dedicated to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals. We combine skill and expertise that spans the entire health and fitness spectrum and hope to pass it on to you.

 

Overall wellness is not a class you take, a session you participate in or a diet you try; it’s a way of life. It is making the little sacrifices so you can indulge in the not so good moments once in awhile. It is a difficult process to do the right thing when it comes to making food and exercise choices.

The best part about being healthy is that you CAN actually enjoy everything life has to offer, in moderation. You can have a burger and fries or a pizza, just not all the time. Portion control is something that needs to be re-taught. We at ZZO Fitness plan to assist you the best way possible in achieving your goals. Throughout your sessions we will discuss your dietary habits and how it’s affecting you, your goals and your overall life.

As we age we begin to lose muscle, flexibility, coordination and balance and in some cases even depth perception. It is through movement and exercise that we can help slow down this inevitable process and prevent it from drastically changing our lives.

For some it’s as simple as vanity, for others it’s noticing that they can’t move the same through everyday life like they use to. Unfortunately most wait until they are ordered by a doctor to exercise, or worse something traumatic happens.

We hope that with our knowledge, guidance and motivation we can help you see that it’s about your own health and wellbeing, your overall wellness. It’s about your ability to do all the things you have come to love, from dietary to athletic, and/or simply moving and functioning throughout your day.
